我们修理的Ⅱ号喷油泵有百分之三十是凸轮轴损坏,其中多数是凸轮工作面磨损,啃伤、剥落,而目一、四凸轮较二、三凸轮严重;使用时间最长的是二千三百小时,最短的仅二百多小时。据我们分析,在使用方面造成凸轮轴过早损坏的主要原因是: 1.凸轮轴的轴向间隙应不大于0.1毫米,否则滚轮体对凸轮工作面冲击加大,加剧凸轮表面前磨损。所以在油泵工作一段时间后,应检查调整凸轮轴间隙。 2.滚轮体定位螺钉松动(特别是一、四定位螺钉易松),使滚轮体失去定位而任意转动,其两侧凸台啃凸轮轴,把凸轮外缘啃坏。可用铁丝锁紧等办法紧固定位螺钉,防止松动。
