目的为了解流感样病例流感病毒核酸检测阴性样品中手足口病的感染情况,为HFMD正确的临床诊断提供科学依据。方法收集153份流感样病例流感检测阴性的样本,提取病毒RNA,采用RT-PCR一步法检测人肠道病毒(PE)的5‘-UTR区基因、肠道病毒71型(EV71)的VP3-VP1区基因和柯萨奇病毒A16型(CVA16)的VP3-VP1区基因,采用琼脂糖凝胶电泳法分析PCR产物。结果 153份流感样病例流感阴性的样本中,有24例样本PE阳性(15.69%),5份为EV71阳性(3.27%),19份其他肠道病毒阳性(12.42%),没有CVA16感染;EV71阳性病例的年龄为10个月~4岁的儿童。结论在153份流感样病例流感检测阴性样本中,检出24份PE阳性、5份EV71阳性感染。
Objective To understand the infection of hand, foot and mouth disease in the negative samples of influenza virus nucleic acid in influenza-like cases and provide a scientific basis for the correct clinical diagnosis of HFMD. Methods A total of 153 influenza-negative samples were collected and the viral RNA was extracted. RT-PCR was used to detect the gene of 5’-UTR of human enterovirus (V en) and the VP3- The VP1 region gene and Coxsackievirus A16 type (CVA16) VP3-VP1 region genes were analyzed by agarose gel electrophoresis. Results Of the 153 samples with influenza-like illness, 24 were positive for PE (15.69%), 5 were EV71 positive (3.27%) and 19 were other enterovirus positive (12.42%), with no CVA16 infection. EV71 Positive cases of children aged 10 months to 4 years old. Conclusions Of the 153 influenza-negative cases, 24 PE positives and 5 EV71 positive ones were detected.
