为探讨提高煤矿溜槽减振降噪的新途径,以某选煤厂的原型溜槽为研究对象,设计了泡沫铝层合结构溜槽,应用有限元仿真软件分析两种溜槽的静、动态特性,得出了溜槽的应力-应变分布图、前5阶模态振型图及其固有频率和谐响应幅值图。对比两种溜槽的静、动态特性,结果表明,泡沫铝层合结构溜槽具有更优越的力学性能,可达到提高溜槽减振降噪特性的目的的效果。
In order to explore a new way to improve the vibration and noise reduction of the coal chute, taking the prototype chute of a coal preparation plant as the research object, the foam aluminum laminated structure chute was designed. The static and dynamic properties of the two chutes were analyzed by finite element simulation software Out of the chute stress - strain distribution diagram, the first five modes mode shape and its natural frequency harmonic response amplitude map. Comparing the static and dynamic characteristics of the two chutes, the results show that the foam chrome aluminum composite chute has more superior mechanical properties and can achieve the purpose of improving the vibration and noise reduction characteristics of the chute.
