南宁市过去未有恙虫病报告,现综合报道三例如下:病例①女,60岁,退休工人,住南宁市内,1986年6月1日入市第四医院。主诉:畏寒发热7天。现病史:退休后每晨到市公园习剑,5月10日右胸起一小水泡,不痛微痒,后成一焦痂。5月25日突然发热畏寒,热度逐日升高,晨低午高,伴畏寒,无寒战出汗,近2、3天升至40℃,并有头痛,全身酸痛,小腹胀痛,但无尿频尿急。起病后神差纳减。病后第四天手背用指间有5个暗
There was no report of scrub typhus in Nanning in the past.
