采用Fluent软件数值模拟了稳态、有汇渗流、扩散和化学反应耦合条件下东荣三矿采空区风速、O2浓度分布规律,结果显示:采空区进风侧氧浓度在距离工作面20 m、40 m、60 m、110 m处分别达到18%、16.5%、14%和5%;采空区2道处渗流速度大小在距离工作面18 m、26 m、60m、90 m处分别达到2.2×10-2m/s、1.6×10-2m/s、1×10-2m/s和2×10-3m/s。利用采空区煤层自然发火的特点和煤层自燃极限参数,对轻放面采空区“三带”进行划分,确定了综一轻放面采空区的危险区域。
The Fluent software is used to simulate the distribution of wind speed and O2 concentration in the gob of Dongrong No.3 mine under steady-state conditions with exchange seepage, diffusion and chemical reaction. The results show that the oxygen concentration at the inlet side of the goaf is within the range of 20 18%, 16.5%, 14% and 5% at m, 40 m, 60 m and 110 m, respectively. Seepage velocities at No. 2 of the goaf were respectively 18 m, 26 m, 60 m and 90 m Up to 2.2 × 10 -2 m / s, 1.6 × 10 -2 m / s, 1 × 10 -2 m / s and 2 × 10 -3 m / s. Based on the characteristics of spontaneous combustion in coal mined area and the parameters of spontaneous combustion of coal seam, the gob of light face is divided into three zones, and the danger zone of goaf in integrated light surface is determined.
