采用滤纸圆片法和试管二倍稀释法研究了食用菌的不同溶剂提取液对烟草3种致病菌异丝腐霉、黑胫病菌、青枯病菌的抑菌作用。结果表明,乙醇、丙酮、乙醚、三氯甲烷4种溶剂提取10种食用菌得到的提取液,对烟草异丝腐霉菌和黑胫病菌的菌丝生长均未表现出明显的抑制效果,而对烟草青枯病菌的抑制作用有明显差异。4种溶剂提取液对受试菌的抑菌浓度(MIC)范围在0.03 mg·m L-1~7.63 mg·m L-1之间;抑菌能力大小顺序为三氯甲烷提取液>乙醇提取液>乙醚提取液≥丙酮提取液。
The effects of different solvent extracts of edible fungi on the three kinds of pathogenic bacteria Tobacco hyphae, Phytophthora nicotii and the bacterial wilt were studied by using the filter paper disc method and the test tube double dilution method. The results showed that the extracts from 10 kinds of edible fungi extracted with 4 solvents of ethanol, acetone, ether and trichloromethane showed no significant inhibitory effect on the mycelial growth of the isolates of Pythium destructor and Phytophthora parasitica, Inhibition of tobacco bacterial wilt bacteria were significantly different. The antibacterial concentrations (MICs) of the four solvent extracts against the tested bacteria ranged from 0.03 mg · mL-1 to 7.63 mg · mL-1. The order of antibacterial activity was chloroform extract + ethanol extract Liquid> ether extract ≥ acetone extract.
