本文通过对云南省省级单位在政务信息化环境下,电子文件形成、使用、管理和归档情况进行调查,总结电子文档管理工作面临的形势和存在的问题,提出推动云南省电子文档管理工作的思路和措施,建立电子文档管理中心,实现电子文档的长期保存和有效利用。 This paper investigates the formation, use, management and filing of electronic documents under the government informationization environment in Yunnan Province. By summarizing the situations and problems existing in the electronic document management work, this paper puts forward the measures to promote the electronic document management in Yunnan Province Ideas and measures, the establishment of electronic document management center to achieve the long-term preservation and effective use of electronic documents.
