随国民经济发展,电力系统在促进经济发展中地位日益重要。绝缘子作为电力系统中常用构件,受空气中污染物等因素影响容易老化,绝缘子老化给电网安全运行带来重大隐患。采用绝缘子检测巡检机器人进行线路绝缘子故障检测,可以大大提高绝缘子检测效率,降低人力投入成本,提高电网运行时间。针对当前巡检机器人在智能化、检测多样化方面不足,展开巡检机器人设计,重点针对巡检机器人模块化设计、控制器结构设计以及层次化软件逻辑设计展开研究,提出巡检机器人模块化设计结构、多样化接口设计以及功能化数据库智能设计,并以绝缘子清扫为例,给出分层软件实现框图。最后,对设计方案给出总结。
With the development of the national economy, the power system plays an increasingly important role in promoting economic development. Insulators, as common components in power system, are easily aged by the pollutants in the air and other factors, and aging of the insulators brings major hidden dangers to the safe operation of the power grid. Taking the insulator cleaning as an example, a hierarchical diagram of the software is given. Finally, the design is given a summary.
