我们测量了TGS、DTGS 和ATGSP 等热释电晶体材料在10000—400cm~(-1)波数(1—25μm 波长)范围内完整的红外透射和反射光谱,从而得到在这一波段的光谱吸收率.一、实验方法将TGS、DTGS 和ATGSP 三种晶体沿解理面(垂直于极化轴b 轴)切片,通过研磨,抛光制成表面光洁,尺寸为8×8×0.1mm~3的单晶薄片。用Perkin-Elmer 983型红外分光光度计和岛津250型分光光度计分别测量了上述三种晶体样品在4000—400cm~(-1)叫波数(2.5—25μm 波长)范围和10000—4000cm~(-1)波数(1—2.5μm 波长)的红外反射与透射光谱.所有测量均在室温下进行。
