半刚性路面结构的主要承重层是稳定类粒料基层,此类基层强度高、刚度大,合理设置可以有效降低沥青面层的厚度。在施工中,稳定类粒料基层因骨料含量较大,若含水量控制不好、粗骨料分布不均都可能出现局部压实度“超百”现象。“超百”的主要原因是粗集料离析后局部集中造成的,它不仅影响压实效果的准确评价,而且还对结构层的强度产生不利影响。
The main load-bearing layer of semi-rigid pavement structure is a stable type of grass-roots granular material. Such a grass-rooted high strength, high stiffness, reasonable set can effectively reduce the thickness of the asphalt surface layer. In the construction, the stability of the grass-roots level due to the large aggregate content, if the water content is not controlled, uneven distribution of coarse aggregates may appear local compaction “over one hundred” phenomenon. The main reason for “over hundred” is the localized concentration of coarse aggregate after segregation, which not only affects the accurate evaluation of the compaction effect but also adversely affects the strength of the structural layer.
