目的探讨性激素17β-羟甾类固醇脱氢酶1[hydroxysteroid(17-beta)dehydrogenase1,HSD17B1]和性激素结合球蛋白(sex hormone-binding globulin,SHBG)单核苷酸多态性与四川地区汉族人群系统性红斑狼疮(systemic lupus erythematosus,SLE)之间的关系。方法以98例SLE患者和346例健康对照者为研究对象,采用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态(polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphisms,PCR-RFLP)技术对HSD17B1 rs676387和SHBG rs6259单核苷酸多态性位点进行基因分型。结果 SLE患者SHBG rs6259 A等位基因和AG基因型频率分布与正常对照组差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05),HSD17B1 rs676387等位基因和基因型频率分布与正常对照组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 SHBG rs6259 A增加了四川汉族人群SLE发病易感性,提示SHBG rs6259 A可能参与了SLE的发病过程。
Objective To investigate the relationship between sex steroid 17β-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase1 (HSD17B1) and sex hormone-binding globulin (SHBG) single nucleotide polymorphisms and Chinese Han population in Sichuan Relationship between systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Methods A total of 98 cases of SLE patients and 346 healthy controls were enrolled in this study. The expression of HSD17B1 rs676387 and SHBG rs6259 single nucleotide polymorphisms (PCR-RFLPs) were determined by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism Nucleotide polymorphism site for genotyping. Results The frequency distribution of SHBG rs6259 A allele and AG genotype in SLE patients was significantly different from that of normal controls (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in frequency distribution of alleles and genotypes between HSD17B1 rs676387 and normal controls Significance (P> 0.05). Conclusion SHBG rs6259 A increased susceptibility to SLE in Sichuan Han population, suggesting that SHBG rs6259 A may be involved in the pathogenesis of SLE.
