随着我国社会不断的发展,竞争日益激烈,使我国社会中的企业获利空间越来越小,我国的企业经营管理进入了微利时代。要想使我国的企业在微利时期下获得更好的发展,就必须加强我国企业的经营成本控制,促使我国企业的经营成本控制的管理水平得到有效的提高。本文从微利时期下我国企业经营成本控制中存在的问题着手,探讨了我国的企业应当如何加强经营成本控制,提高经营成本控制的管理水平。
With the constant development of our society, the competition is getting fiercer and fiercer, and the profits of enterprises in our society are getting smaller and smaller. Our country’s enterprise management has entered a period of meager profits. If we want our country’s enterprises to achieve better development under the period of meager profit, we must strengthen the control over the operating costs of our enterprises and promote the effective management of the control over the operating costs of our enterprises.
