经济建设的主体是人,人的积极性和主观能动性发挥得好坏,往往决定了我们经济建设的成败。如何提高企业职工的工作积极性,是保证一切工作质量的基础。而我国企业的劳动人事管理中长期存在铁饭碗制度,人浮于事,纪律松弛,内耗现象严重,懒散消极的局面导致国民经济处于病态状况。随着我国改革的不断深入,应迅速建立我国科学的劳动人事管理体系。
The main body of economic construction is man. Man’s enthusiasm and subjective initiative play a good or a bad point, often determining the success or failure of our economic construction. How to improve the work enthusiasm of employees is the basis of ensuring the quality of all work. However, the long-standing existence of the iron and rice bowl system in the labor and personnel administration of our country’s enterprises is characterized by serious problems of internal discipline, slack discipline, and serious internal friction. The lazy and passive situation leads to a morbid state of the national economy. With the deepening of our country’s reform, we should promptly establish a scientific labor and personnel management system in our country.
