上皮细胞黏附分子( EpCAM)是一种嗜同种非钙离子依赖性上皮细胞黏附分子,也是已确定的与肿瘤相关的蛋白分子。在分化型甲状腺癌( DTC)的研究中已证实 EpCAM呈过度表达状态。EpCAM在细胞黏附、增殖、分化、转移、细胞周期监管中发挥重要作用,并与癌症和干细胞发射信号方面也有关。 EpCAM作为肿瘤相关抗原之一,在 DTC 的诊断、治疗及预后判断等方面具有重要意义,可预测预后不良,亦可作为一个靶向治疗的潜在目标。“,”Epithelial cell adhesion molecule(EpCAM) is isophil calcium independent,a protein mole-cule of confirmed correlation with cancer.In the case of differentiated thyroid carcinoma(DTC),over-expres-sion of EpCAM in thyroid tissue has already been demonstrated .EpCAM serves important roles in cell adhe-sion,proliferation,differentiation,migration,cell cycle regulation and is also involved in cancer and stem cell signaling.As one of the tumor associated antigens,EpCAM is of great significance in DTC diagnosis,treat-ment and prognosis judgment,and can also be a potential target for targeted therapy.
