已经发现硫胺脲(HTSC)的金属螯合物是抗病毒、天花以及某些肿瘤的药物,而且也曾建议可能作为杀虫剂和杀菌剂。利用X射线衍射法已测定了配体(HTSC)及其某些过渡金属配合物的晶体结构。考虑到药物效应对结构及环境非常敏感,我们在特定实验条件下制备了硫酸二(硫胺脲)合铜(Ⅱ)Cu(NH_2NHCSNH_2)_2SO_4配合物。并利用单晶X射线衍射法较精确地测定了它的结构。
Metal chelates of thiourea (HTSC) have been found to be anti-viral, smallpox and some oncology drugs, and have also been suggested as potential insecticides and bactericides. The crystal structure of the ligand (HTSC) and some of its transition metal complexes has been determined by X-ray diffraction. Considering that the drug effect is very sensitive to structure and environment, we prepared Cu (NH_2NHCSNH_2) _2SO_4 sulfate complex under the specific experimental conditions. Its structure was determined more accurately by single crystal X-ray diffraction.
