目的分析巍山县新合村客宴食源性疾病暴发事件,探讨预防对策。方法通过现场流行病学、现场卫生学调查及患者临床表现,结合实验室结果进行综合判断分析。结果 640人参加婚宴,发病138例,罹患率为21.56%。从食品和病人肛拭中检出沙门菌,并证实为同源性,确认本次食源性疾病暴发事件是沙门菌污染所致,凉菜拼盘(灌肚、里脊肉片、炸排骨、萝卜丝)是致病食品,食品加工卫生环境差且制作过程不规范是导致本次食源性疾病暴发事件发生的主要原因。结论该事件是由沙门菌污染引起的食源性疾病暴发。
Objective To analyze the outbreak of foodborne disease in Xinhe Village, Weishan County, and to discuss the preventive measures. Methods Through on-site epidemiology, field health survey and clinical manifestations of patients, combined with laboratory results to conduct a comprehensive analysis of judgments. Results 640 people attended the wedding, the incidence of 138 cases, the attack rate of 21.56%. Salmonella was detected from the food and the patient’s anal swab and was confirmed as homologous to confirm that the outbreak of this foodborne illness was caused by the contamination of Salmonella. Cold dish platter (belly, loin slices, fried ribs, radish) Is a pathogenic food, food processing and poor sanitary environment and the production process is not standardized is the main cause of this food-borne outbreak of the disease. Conclusion The incident was an outbreak of foodborne illness caused by Salmonella contamination.
