本文给出了计算齿形最优取代圆弧的优化方法。分析了最小二乘原理不能取得最优取代圆弧的原因,指出了实用中三点圆弧法往往比最小二乘原理取代精度还高。文中通过实例验算,对各种圆弧取代方法的精度作了比较。
In this paper, an optimal method for calculating the optimal replacement of circular arcs is given. The reason why the least-squares principle can not get the optimal circular arc is analyzed. It is pointed out that the three-point circular arc method is often more accurate than the least square method. In this paper, the accuracy of various arc substitution methods is compared through the example calculation.
