随着矿井开采规模的大型化,选煤设备的现代化程度不断提高,设备能力不断增大,设备价值也越来越大,对设备管理的要求也越来越高。要使设备生产能力达到设计要求,实现设备长周期的稳定运行。设备检修费用控制到考核指标之内,要用各种指标来评价设备的管理水平。本文叙述了一些工作经验和体会,以供同行们交流探讨。
