糖尿病乳酸性酸中毒是糖尿病的急性并发症之一,临床上虽不多见,但后果严重,病死率高。我科自2000年1月~2005年6月共收治糖尿病乳酸性酸中毒16例,现就本组病例结合文献报告如下。1资料和方法1·1一般资料:16例患者均为2型糖尿病,其中男9例,女7例;年龄(67±6·4)岁;病程(9·48±5 Diabetic lactic acidosis is one of the acute complications of diabetes, although clinically rare, but the consequences of serious mortality.
