[目的]了解小学生早餐营养状况,为制订城乡小学生合理平衡膳食措施提供科学依据。[方法]2008年,在利津县辖区内随机抽取1所城区小学和1所乡镇小学,对1 613名小学生进行调查。[结果]调查小学生1 613人,早餐膳食质量好的占8.43%,质量一般的占37.57%,质量差的占53.99%。早餐膳食质量好的所占比例,城区、乡镇小学生分别为9.15%、7.66%,男生、女生分别为8.54%、8.30%,1~6年级分别为10.98%、8.95%、9.26%、8.46%、5.84%、7.34%,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。[结论]利津县城乡小学生的早餐膳食质量较差。
[Objective] To understand the nutrition status of primary school students’ breakfast and provide a scientific basis for formulating reasonable dietary measures for elementary and middle school students in urban and rural areas. [Method] In 2008, 1 urban elementary school and 1 township primary school were randomly selected in the jurisdiction of Lijin County, and 1,613 pupils were investigated. [Results] A total of 1 613 primary school students were surveyed. The quality of breakfast meal was good, accounting for 8.43%, the quality was 37.57%, and the poor quality was 53.99%. Breakfast and good quality of the proportion of urban and rural primary school students were 9.15%, 7.66%, boys and girls were 8.54%, 8.30%, 1-6 grades were 10.98%, 8.95%, 9.26%, 8.46%, respectively, 5.84% and 7.34%, respectively, with no significant difference (P> 0.05). [Conclusion] The meal quality of breakfast pupils in urban and rural areas of Lijin County is poor.
