为了改进和加强设备管理,改善企业技术装备素质,提高设备管理现代化水平,实现优质、高效、适销、低耗、安全,提高经济效益,适应国民经济发展和社会主义现代化建设的需要,国家经委以经设[1984]599号文件颁发了《国家经济委员会设备管理优秀单位奖评选办法》。文件下发后,受到全国各部门和各地方,特别是广大设备管理和维修职工的欢迎和支持。
