斑马鱼被广泛应用于环境化学物的监测与评价,并得到经济合作发展组织(OECD)、国际标准化组织(ISO)等权威机构的认可。本文简述了斑马鱼应用于环境毒理学研究的诸多优势,综述了斑马鱼作为仅次于小鼠应用广泛的模式生物,被用于环境中许多化学物,包括发育毒性与致畸、致癌毒性、胚胎毒性、心血管毒性、神经和行为毒性、特别是生殖毒性在内的一系列环境毒理学研究中,对环境化学物的危害识别和风险评估具有广泛的应用。由于斑马鱼胚胎和幼鱼体型小,适用于高内涵分析,可结合转基因技术、基因组学和蛋白组学技术,将其应用于环境毒理学机制研究中。
The zebrafish is widely used in the monitoring and evaluation of environmental chemicals and has been endorsed by the OECD and the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). In this paper, we briefly describe the advantages of zebrafish in environmental toxicology studies. We summarize that zebrafish, as the second most widely used model organism in mice, is used in many chemicals in the environment including developmental and teratogenic, carcinogenic , Embryo toxicity, cardiovascular toxicity, neurological and behavioral toxicity, especially reproductive toxicity, has been widely used in environmental toxicological hazard identification and risk assessment. Because zebrafish embryos and juveniles are small in size and suitable for high content analysis, they can be applied to the study of environmental toxicological mechanisms in combination with transgenic technologies, genomics and proteomics technologies.
