December 10, 1993, the National Bar Association, the Civil Aid Council and the Guangdong Provincial Association of lawyers held a seminar on civil agency business in Shenzhen. Ren Jisheng, president of the National Bar Association, Wang Hu ran, vice president of the General Assembly, Zeng Bing, director of the Guangdong Provincial Department of Justice, Yang Hua, secretary of the Shenzhen Municipal Committee of Political Science and Law, Xiao Zhiming, chairman of the Shenzhen Sub-council of CCPIT, and Zhou Xudong, director of the Shenzhen Bureau of Justice attended the meeting.
