发声过度、发声不当一直普遍被认为是好些喉病的病因,但直接通过动物实验来观察过度发声对声带影响的报告却甚少见到。在职业用声队伍不断发展的今天,很有必要对这一问题进行进一步的认识。为此,我们设想并开展了这方面的动物实验。利用健康、叫声正常的猫10只作为实验对象,以机械刺激(夹猫尾巴)的方法使猫迫叫,每日二次,每次20分钟左右,分别在实验开始后四个月内摘出喉头,作眼观及组织学检查,并定期录音,比较音声方面的变化。
Over-sounding and improper sounding have been widely considered to be the cause of many laryngeal diseases. However, reports on the effects of excessive vocalization on vocal cords directly through animal experiments are rarely seen. With the continuous development of professional voice teams, it is necessary to further understand this issue. For this reason, we envisage and carry out animal experiments in this area. Ten cats with healthy and normal sounds were used as experimental subjects. The cats were forced by mechanical stimuli (cat tails) twice a day for 20 minutes each time, and were taken within four months after the start of the experiment. Throat, for eye and histological examinations, and recording regularly, comparing changes in sound.
