报道了若干呋喃西林类金属络合物的抑菌活性,数据表明:羰基氧原子换成硫后可使化合物活性所提高。它们与铜(Ⅱ)、锌(Ⅱ)、钴(Ⅱ)、镍(Ⅱ)等形成络合物后可使抑菌活性发生显著变化。
The antibacterial activities of several nitrofurazone metal complexes have been reported. The data show that the conversion of carbonyl oxygen atoms to sulfur can increase the activity of the compounds. Their complexes with copper (Ⅱ), zinc (Ⅱ), cobalt (Ⅱ), nickel (Ⅱ) and other complexes can make a significant change in antibacterial activity.
