目的评估甘肃省14个市、州疾病预防控制中心的食源性致病菌检测能力,确保食源性致病菌检验结果的准确性,提高食品安全风险监测实验室工作质量。方法制备考核样品,用辐照灭菌的奶粉添加食源性致病菌(志贺菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、肠出血性大肠杆菌、普通大肠杆菌、阪崎肠杆菌、沙门菌、单核细胞增生李斯特菌),经稳定性测试后对14个市、州疾病预防控制中心进行质控考核。结果 14个市、州疾病预防控制中心参加本次实验室间质量控制考核,均上报检测结果,其中获得满意结果实验室9个,占64.29%;不满意结果实验室5个,占35.71%。结论甘肃省14个市、州疾病预防控制中心食源性致病菌检测能力差距较大,部分实验室检测能力有待提高。
Objective To evaluate the detection ability of food-borne pathogens in 14 cities and prefectures in Gansu Province to ensure the accuracy of food-borne pathogens test results and to improve the quality of food safety risk monitoring laboratory. Methods Samples were prepared for evaluation, and food-borne pathogens (Shigella, Staphylococcus aureus, enterohemorrhagic Escherichia coli, Escherichia coli, Enterobacter sakazakii, Salmonella enterica, monocytes Listeria monocytogenes), after the stability test of 14 municipalities, state CDC quality control examination. Results 14 cities and prefectures CDC took part in this inter-laboratory quality control assessment. All of them reported the test results, including 9 satisfactory results laboratories (64.29%) and 5 unsatisfactory results laboratories (35.71%). Conclusion The detection ability of food-borne pathogens in 14 cities and prefectures in Gansu Province is quite different, and some laboratories need to be improved.
