过去睑黄瘤用冷冻、药物腐蚀等方法治疗一次治愈率低，副反应大。近几年来我院采用CO2激光治疗，一次治愈率高，美容效果理想。临床资料164例中男性12例，女性152例。最小年龄24岁，最大63岁，绝大部分为32～48岁中年妇女。皮损以双上睑为多数。治疗方法皮报常现消毒，浸润麻醉
In the past, xanthoma was treated with freezing, drug corrosion and other methods. The cure rate was low and the side effects were large. In recent years, CO2 laser treatment has been used in our hospital. The cure rate is high and the cosmetic results are ideal. Clinical data of 164 cases were 12 males and 152 females. The minimum age is 24 years and the maximum is 63 years old. The vast majority are middle-aged women aged 32-48. Double lesions are the majority of skin lesions.
