国家与社会的关系正是市民社会理论的核心,它所关注的是如何划分公共领域与私人领域的合理界限,以及国家与社会之间如何保持适度平衡和确立一种建设性互动关系。国家与社会关系的良性化和协调化,是随着社会主义物质文明、精神文明以及民主法制建设的发展过程而演进的,是推动经济民主社会向前发展的动力性资源。在我国,我们应根据具体国情、根据各个发展阶段的不同情况和条件,来决定改革国家与社会关系的进度和限度。
The relationship between state and society is precisely the core of civil society theory. What it focuses on is how to divide the reasonable boundaries between the public and private sectors and how to maintain a proper balance between the state and society and establish a constructive and interactive relationship. The benign and coordinated relations between the state and society have evolved along with the development of socialist material civilization, spiritual civilization and the construction of democracy and legal system, and are the driving force resources for promoting the development of an economically democratic society. In our country, we should decide on the progress and the limits of the relations between the state and the society according to the specific conditions of our country and according to the different conditions and conditions at all stages of development.
