紫铜止水片焊接的革新——介绍碳弧焊接法

混凝土坝用的止水片起接缝止水作用(图1),要求有良好的强度、塑性、抗渗性和化学稳定性。目前国内都用紫铜板制成。丹江口大坝的止水片是用的1.5毫米的紫铜板。国内多采用黄铜或紫铜焊条搭接气焊(图2)。这种焊接方法,工人的劳动条件差、劳动生产率低、材料消耗多。我厂职工高举毛泽东思想伟大红旗,大学毛主席著作,在党的领导下,发挥了敢想、敢干的精神,采取领导、技术人员、工人三结合,试验成功了碳弧焊接止水片的新方法(图3),并已用于丹江口大坝防渗板部份的止水片焊接。这种焊接法的优越性在于: 1.原来用黄铜焊条(含锌24%~44%)焊接时,排出大量锌毒。碳弧焊不用焊条,大大地改善了工人的劳动条件。 2.黄铜气焊每人每班约焊15米焊缝,碳弧焊每人每班可焊60米,提高了劳动生产率。 3.每米止水片,黄铜焊接需用黄铜焊条约2公 Water stoppers for concrete dams have a sewer sealing effect (Figure 1) and require good strength, ductility, impermeability and chemical stability.
