在网络构建的虚拟空间里,人们在享用网络信息交流带来的巨大便利的同时,也制造了各种网络道德失序现象问题。净化网络环境,既需要技术、法律和管理上的不断完备,也需要网络中的每个信息人的自律和自重——法治与德治并重,他律与自律结合,才是净化网络环境的有效途径。
In the virtual space constructed by the network, while enjoying the tremendous convenience brought by the exchange of network information, people also create various problems of network moral disorder. To purify the network environment requires both continuous improvement in technology, law and management, as well as the self-discipline and self-respect of every information person in the network - the combination of the rule of law and virtue and the combination of disciplinary law and self-discipline are the effective ways to purify the network environment way.
