加入世界贸易组织是中国继70年代末实行对外开放政策以来的第二次对外开放,将对中国今后的经济发展产生深远的影响。世界贸易包括货物贸易、服务贸易和技术贸易(知识产权)三方内容,运输被划为服务贸易的内容。运输服务作为经济贸易的派生需求,随着我国国民经济与对外贸易总量的增长以及加入WTO以后贸易壁垒的减少,其市场容量势必将放大,同时我国道路货运企业也将有更为充足的货源,从而获得更大的发展空间。但同时我们也必须看到,目前我国的道路货运市场还十分不完善,加入WTO,同时也就意味着道路货运市场
