The first criminal prosecution work of the people’s court has a legal, practical and normative “style (sample) of criminal procedure of the court” (hereinafter referred to as the “sample”), which has been implemented in all courts in the country since July 1 this year . The “sample” is based on the guiding principle of accelerating the pace of reform of the judicial instruments and on the basis of implementing the revised Criminal Procedure Law and Criminal Law so that the referees’
