组织传播学,这一新的学科名词在我国还不多见,国内图书市场上尚未有一本论述这一学科的专著。这说明我国学术界和读者尚未接受这一门在西方已经十分普及的学科。 组织传播,顾名思义,是与组织有关的信息传播活动。何为组织?大到国家、国际组织和机构,小到企业、公司、社会团体、班组、教研室,连队等,凡有人类生存的地方都有组织存在。人们在社会的各种各样组织中工作、学习、娱乐和生活,彼此之间相互依赖、相互帮助、相互合作,以期得到共同的发展。在现代社会中,几乎每一个人都至少在一个组织中生活和工作,大家在组织中不断地交换意见,协调和统一组织中各个成员之间的关系,
