病案作为患者病情及治疗过程的记录,是非常重要的信息资源。病案室为病案管理的科室,其作用及地位也是不可或缺。随着科技及社会的进步,病案室不再仅仅承担提供医院内部的医教研工作,其也扮演起多元化的角色,使服务更面向社会,面向患者,面向所需。尤其在相关条例出台后,病案室的工作越来越专业化,规范化,人性化。
The medical record is a very important information resource as a record of the patient’s condition and treatment process. The medical record room is a medical record management department, and its role and status are also indispensable. With the advancement of science and technology and society, the medical record room is no longer merely responsible for providing medical education and research within the hospital. It also plays a diversified role, making the service more social-oriented, patient-oriented, and demand-oriented.
