人体运动的能量来源于三大供能系统:磷酸原供能系统、糖酵解供能系统、有氧氧化供能系统。三个供能系统的供能条件、供能长短、供能大小各不相同。舞蹈表演中有氧氧化供能最为重要,为舞蹈长时间提供能量;糖酵解供能系统也不可或缺,每个舞蹈剧目的快板都或多或少需要糖酵解提供的能量;磷酸原供能系统对于优秀舞者极其重要,只有它能为技术技巧提高充足的能源。在舞蹈训练中要遵循各个供能系统的原理合理训练,提高每个供能系统的能力,在舞蹈表演时充分利用人体能量。本文从三大供能系统的原理切入,结合舞蹈表演的耗能特点,对舞蹈课堂训练的安排进行分析,提出在舞蹈训练中发展三大供能系统的方法。
Energy of human movement comes from three major energy supply systems: phosphoric acid energy supply system, glycolysis energy supply system, aerobic oxidation energy supply system. The energy supply conditions of the three energy supply systems, energy supply length, energy supply size vary. The aerobic oxidation energy is most important in dance performances, which provides energy for dance for a long time. The glycolysis energy supply system is also indispensable. Allegro for each dance repertoire needs more or less energy from glycolysis. Power systems are extremely important to good dancers, except that it can raise sufficient energy for technical skills. In dance training, we should follow the principles of various energy supply systems and train them appropriately to improve the capability of each energy supply system and make full use of human energy during dance performances. Based on the principle of three energy supply systems, this paper analyzes the arrangement of dance class training according to the energy consumption characteristics of dance performances and puts forward the method of developing three major energy supply systems in dance training.
