建筑围护结构尤其是触地围护结构的耗热量已成为建筑总耗热量中不可忽视的一部分。触地围护结构的保温性,不仅关系着建筑的能耗水平,也影响着室内的热环境。本文针对触地围护结构不同的保温方式进行研究,分别对地基内保温、地基外保温、水平式保温和水平竖直式保温等4种不同方式保温时地面与土壤的换热建立数学模型,通过进行稳态的数值模拟,获得了不同保温方式时土壤温度场和地板热流密度的分布规律。对比分析指出了4种保温方式保温效果的差异及其各种保温方式的适用场合,为建筑的节能改造提供了理论依据。
The heat loss of the building envelope, especially the touchdown envelope, has become an indispensable part of the total building heat consumption. Touchdown envelope insulation, not only related to the level of energy consumption of buildings, but also affect the indoor thermal environment. In this paper, different ways of heat preservation for the ground-retaining structures are studied. Mathematical models are established for the heat exchange between the ground and the soil when heat preservation is carried out in four different ways: foundation insulation, foundation insulation, horizontal insulation and horizontal vertical insulation, Through the steady state numerical simulation, the distribution rules of soil temperature field and floor heat flux under different heat preservation methods were obtained. The comparative analysis shows that the difference of thermal insulation effect of four kinds of thermal insulation methods and the application occasions of various thermal insulation methods provide a theoretical basis for the energy-saving renovation of buildings.
