中医药传统文化是中国传统文化中最璀璨的部分之一,该文通过分析当前卫生类五年制高职学生职业价值观的现状,有的放矢的引入中华传统文化教育,在德育工作方面,从加强渗透于校园文化中的卫生类高职学生德育教育,创设符合卫生类高职特色的职业指导课程体系,加强职业生涯规划课教学对医学高职院校学生职业价值观的导向作用等几方面入手,方位做好学生职业价值观的培养工作,帮助他们改变就业观念,澄清模糊认识,树立正确的职业价值观,也是赋予中医药传统文化教育以时代特色与价值的一种全新和有效的尝试。
Traditional Chinese medicine is one of the most brilliant parts of Chinese traditional culture. By analyzing the current status of occupational values of health-oriented five-year vocational college students, the paper introduces the traditional Chinese culture and education in a targeted manner. From the aspect of strengthening moral education, In the campus culture, the moral education of higher vocational students in health profession, the creation of vocational guidance curriculum system which is in line with the characteristics of health higher vocational education, the strengthening of the guidance of career planning class in the vocational value of medical students, To do a good job in cultivating students’ professional values, helping them to change their employment concepts, clarifying vague awareness and establishing correct occupational values are also new and effective attempts to give the traditional culture and education of the Chinese nation with the characteristics and value of the times.
