Professor MJCrocker of the lab is currently conducting research on the following eight topics: 1. Research on methods for predicting and measuring sound penetration of light aircraft wall; 2. Identification of noise sources for diesel engines; 3. Prediction of vibration distribution in rectangular cubicle and application In the cab; 4 studies relating to the accuracy of the terminal reflection coefficients related to the AMCA Standard 300-67; 5 application of the ASHRAE Standard 68-78 for measuring the RP264 of fan sound power in the tube ...; 6 reducing and controlling the noise and vibration of the internal combustion engine (Part 1 Diesel Engine) 7 Noise Sources on Transport Vehicles 8 Simulating Exhaust System Noise As can be seen from the above topics, most of them are combined with applications, and their work is broadly based on three aspects: prediction of noise Distribution (Questions 3, 7, 8), Identification of Noise (Questions 1, 2 and 6) and Improvement of Standard Methods of Measurement (Questions 4 and 5)
