目的:旨在了解造成农村地区中小学教师心理健康问题的原因,以期为进一步探讨教师心理健康问题解决途径提供客观依据。方法:通过半结构化深度访谈,对吉林省某地区11名农村中小学教师进行访谈研究。结果:导致农村中小学教师心理问题的原因主要集中在职业发展、工作任务和社会评价三类16个方面,并且不同的原因会导致教师出现不同的心理问题。
Objective: To understand the causes of mental health problems of primary and secondary school teachers in rural areas, in order to provide an objective basis for further discussion on ways to solve the problem of mental health of teachers. METHODS: Through semi-structured in-depth interviews, 11 rural primary and secondary school teachers in a certain area of Jilin Province were interviewed. Results: The causes of psychological problems of rural primary and secondary school teachers mainly focus on 16 aspects of career development, work tasks and social evaluation. Different reasons lead to different psychological problems of teachers.
