目的了解福州市目前结核病防治(简称结防)机构人力资源现况,为提高全市人力资源建设水平提供依据。方法根据结核病网络专报信息管理系统中的2016年度报表和自制的人力资源调查表,对相关数据进行收集、整理和分析。各组计数资料间的比较采用χ2检验,计量资料间的比较采用方差分析。结果福州市2016年从事结防工作的专业人员共有92名,专业人员从事结防工作的年限市级(13.50±8.87)高于区级(6.60±3.63)(P<0.05),县级(10.80±7.79)高于区级(6.60±3.63)(P<0.05);有中高级职称的有34名,占36.96%,市本级中高级职称工作人员(83.33%)比例高于县区级(33.72%)(P<0.05)。从各项工作岗位来看,门诊医生、实验室、放射或影像、统计监测、项目管理岗位参与的人多。结防专业人员平均服务人口8.53万人,平均服务半径6.65km。结论福州市各级结防机构人力资源数量与质量均明显不足。
Objective To understand the current status of human resources in the TB prevention and control institutions in Fuzhou City, and to provide basis for improving the level of human resources construction in the city. Methods According to the 2016 annual report of the TB network special report information management system and self-made human resources questionnaire, relevant data were collected, collated and analyzed. The χ2 test was used for the comparison between the count data of each group, and the analysis of variance was used for the comparison between the measurement data. Results A total of 92 professionals engaged in anti-counterfeiting work in Fuzhou City in 2016. The number of professional professionals engaged in anti-scaling work was 13.50±8.87 higher than the district level (6.60±3.63) (P<0.05), and the county level (10.80). (±7.79) was higher than district level (6.60±3.63) (P<0.05); there were 34 middle and senior professional titles, accounting for 36.96%, and the proportion of middle and senior professional titles (83.33%) was higher than county district level ( 33.72%) (P < 0.05). From the perspective of various jobs, there are many people involved in outpatient doctors, laboratories, radiology or imaging, statistical monitoring, and project management positions. The average service population of the defense professionals is 85,300, and the average service radius is 6.65km. Conclusion The quantity and quality of human resources at all levels of defense institutions in Fuzhou are obviously insufficient.
