轴承通常由四种零件组成,包括外套、内套、滚动体、保持架,保持架的材料一般为黄铜、钢板、工程塑料等,铜保持架毛坯为管状结构,见图一。国内的铜保持架一般采用普通铅黄铜,而国外普遍采用特殊高强度黄铜。这里要研究的是一种特殊高强度黄铜,这种特殊高强度黄铜的化学成分与普通铅黄铜不同,抗拉强度、延伸率、硬度高于普通铅黄铜,并且增加了显微组织结构的要求。铜保持架因其材料的特殊性,国内没有专业生产管状毛坯的企业,国内铜保持架生产企业若按照国际标准生产,首先必须解决保持架毛坯铸造难题。
