研究了天然产物——曼氏无针乌贼内脏脂溶性提取物(the extract from visceral organs of Sepiella maindroni,ESM)的抗炎功效,以探索其作为天然安全无副作用的抗炎营养增补剂的可能。采用二氧化碳超临界萃取法,提取中国产曼氏无针乌贼内脏脂溶性提取物。构建二甲苯诱导小鼠耳廓肿胀、角叉菜胶诱导大鼠足肿胀、大鼠棉球肉芽肿这3种炎症模型,将不同剂量组验证模型鼠的疗效与空白对照组、阳性对照组相比较,观察ESM对不同炎症模型的抗炎作用。从上述3项抗炎模型的实验结果发现,当ESM剂量为100 mg/kg时,具有较强的急性及慢性抗炎功效。发现和确认了乌贼内脏脂溶性提取物的抗炎作用,为深入研究乌贼抗炎机理奠定了基础。
The anti-inflammatory efficacy of the natural product, the extract from visceral organs of Sepiella maindroni (ESM), was investigated to explore its potential as an anti-inflammatory nutritional supplement with natural safety and no side effects. The anti-inflammatory effect of squid visceral fat-soluble extract was found and confirmed, laying a foundation for further study on the anti-inflammatory mechanism of squid.
