研究了壳聚糖这种线性氨基多聚糖对漂白红麻硫酸盐浆手抄片性能的影响。通过3种方法把壳聚糖加入到手抄片中,即平衡吸附法(pH=5)、沉淀法(pH=10)和喷淋法。壳聚糖用量分别为绝干浆的0.5%、1%、1.5%和2%。研究发现,壳聚糖能够增强纸张的干强度,如撕裂度、耐折度和拉伸强度,但是其效果很大程度上取决于添加方法;喷淋法效果最好,其次是平衡吸附法;在碱性条件下,添加壳聚糖的效果会差一些;添加壳聚糖能够改善纸张的机械性能,如果不考虑处理方法,壳聚糖加入量为0%~0.5%比加入量为1.5%~2%时的效果好。
The effect of chitosan, a linear amino-polysaccharide, on the performance of bleached kenaf pulp was studied. Chitosan was added to the hand sheet by three methods: equilibrium adsorption (pH = 5), precipitation (pH = 10) and spray. The dosage of chitosan was 0.5%, 1%, 1.5% and 2% respectively of absolute dry pulp. The study found that chitosan can enhance the dry strength of paper, such as tear, folding resistance and tensile strength, but the effect depends largely on the method of adding; spray best, followed by equilibrium adsorption ; Under alkaline conditions, the addition of chitosan will be less effective; adding chitosan can improve the mechanical properties of the paper, if not consider the processing method, the amount of chitosan added 0% to 0.5% than the amount of 1.5 % ~ 2% when the effect is good.
