计算机化的矿山监控技术已经有了长足的发展。在欧洲的一些矿山已安装了许多监控系统,而在北美的一些矿山迄今已经安装了五十多套监控系统。在制造监控系统的厂家中,正在积极面向美国煤炭市场的厂家超过了12个。任何监控系统的功能都受其操作接口的限制。用这种系统监控许多位置上的大量参数时,通常的打印输出技术和阴极射线管(CRT)显示技术就不适用了。彩色图象显示技术可清晰地显示数据;但从长远的观点来看,需要有一个系统来解释数据和说明动作过程。本文介绍了美国监控系统中使用的硬件和软件的最新进展,并对人工智能领域的进展(诸如专家系统)提出了一些设想,这些进展在未来的监控技术中可能起着重要作用。
Computerized mine monitoring technology has made great progress. A number of monitoring systems have been installed in some European mines, and some mines in North America have so far installed more than 50 monitoring systems. Among the manufacturers that manufacture monitoring systems, there are more than 12 manufacturers that are actively facing the US coal market. The function of any monitoring system is limited by its operating interface. When using this system to monitor a large number of parameters at many locations, the usual printout technology and cathode ray tube (CRT) display technology are not applicable. Color image display technology can clearly display data; but from a long-term point of view, there is a need for a system to interpret data and explain the action process. This article presents the latest advances in hardware and software used in U.S. surveillance systems, and proposes some ideas for advancements in the field of artificial intelligence (such as expert systems) that may play an important role in future monitoring technologies.
