夏秋季节,气候炎热,乘着傍晚的习习凉风,喝啤酒、吃烤肉成了许多市民消暑的首选,其实,这种消费方式是不可取的。为了保证食品卫生安全,我国对肉制品等食品生产加工工艺提出了非常严格的规范要求。街头烤肉、烤海鲜由于条件简陋,缺乏必要的食品卫生保障措施,烤制的肉品很难达到卫生标准要求,食用这种街头烧烤食品容易对健康造成危害或潜在危害。省卫生监督所提醒消费者慎重选择街头烧烤,街头烧烤主要存在以下卫生问题:
