高级中学回族学生非正式群体是一个客观存在、不可忽视的群体,它对班风、校风和学风的形成,对他们的思想道德、学习态度、行为习惯的养成和民族团结和谐有着重要的影响。以宁夏隆德县城三所高级中学296名回族学生作为研究对象,对回族学生非正式群体特征、类型及形成原因进行了分析和探讨,同时对其非正式群体的现状进行了探索。引导和加强回族学生非正式群体转型及发挥其积极作用,对提高学校管理有一定的积极意义。
The informal group of Hui students in senior middle schools is an objective and can not be ignored group. It has an important influence on the formation of class style, school ethos and style of study, their ideological and moral, learning attitude, habits and ethnic harmony. . Taking 296 Hui students from three senior middle schools in Lund county of Ningxia as the object of study, this paper analyzes and discusses the characteristics, types and causes of formation of informal groups of Hui students, and explores the current status quo of their informal groups. Guiding and strengthening the informal group transformation of Muslim students and giving play to their positive role have some positive significance for improving school management.
