基于雨流-灰色GM(1,1)模型的锅炉焊接头疲劳寿命预测

为确保锅炉压力容器在特殊环境中安全运行,了解锅炉焊接头在各工况下的疲劳载荷条件,基于雨流计数法和灰色GM(1,1)模型的基本原理,构建雨流-灰色GM(1,1)锅炉焊接头疲劳寿命灰色预测模型。依据锅炉焊接头在不同的交变应力下的S-N疲劳曲线,研究接头在今后运行当中的疲劳损伤程度,并采用雨流-灰色GM(1,1)疲劳预测模型预测得到锅炉焊接头的疲劳寿命,同时,用高温疲劳试验机进行锅炉焊接头疲劳寿命试验,然后将预测结果与试验结果进行对比。结果表明,锅炉焊接头应力区疲劳寿命预测值与疲劳寿命试验值的折线倾斜方向具有一致性,且疲劳寿命预测值误差在可接受范围内。 In order to ensure the safe operation of boiler pressure vessel in special environment and to understand the fatigue load conditions of boiler welding head under various working conditions, based on the basic principle of rain flow counting method and gray GM (1,1) model, a rain flow-gray GM (1,1) gray prediction model of fatigue life of boiler welding. According to the SN fatigue curve of boiler welded joints under different alternating stresses, the degree of fatigue damage of joints during the future operation was studied and the fatigue life of the welded joints of the boiler was predicted by using the rain-gray GM (1,1) fatigue prediction model At the same time, the fatigue life test of boiler welded joints was carried out by using the high-temperature fatigue testing machine, and then the predicted results were compared with the test results. The results show that the prediction values ​​of the fatigue life in the stress zone of the welded joints of the boiler are consistent with the polyline inclination directions of the fatigue life test values, and the prediction errors of the fatigue life are within the acceptable range.
