本文对工业中电加热系统高精度温度控制问题进行了研究,提出了全数字自适应控制。系统硬件采用TP-801单板机,配12位A/D转换。由微机及接口构成数字触发器。其应用软件采用模型控制自适应算法,大大提高了控制系统的动态品质和稳态精度,同时系统可靠性也大大提高,成本也相应降低。实验运行结果表明,本系统硬件电路和应用软件设计合理,具有工业实用价值。本文对工业常用电加热系统具有理论和实际指导意义。
In this paper, the problem of high precision temperature control of electric heating system in industry is studied, and the all-digital adaptive control is proposed. System hardware using TP-801 single board machine, with 12 A / D conversion. By the computer and the interface constitutes a digital trigger. Its application software adopts model control adaptive algorithm, which greatly improves the dynamic quality and steady-state accuracy of the control system. At the same time, the reliability of the system is greatly improved, and the cost is correspondingly reduced. Experimental results show that the system hardware and application software design is reasonable, with industrial practical value. This article is of theoretical and practical significance to the industrial electric heating system.
