随着我国科学技术不断的发展,人民生活水平的提高,电力企业也取得了很大成就。但是在招标采购档案管理中还存在一定的问题,例如管理规范不健全,审查制度不合格,人员管理存在漏洞等,针对这些问题,如果不进行有效的处理,采购资金会大量流失,企业的经济利益将会得不到保障。下面就进行这方面的分析,希望给有关人士一些借鉴。
