28例颅内肿瘤用二维超声及彩多普勒血流显像(CDFI)进行检测,二维超声成功检出24例,CDFI或能量多普勒可检出肿瘤内或包绕肿瘤的血管。对4例检测失败,这些患者的肿瘤位置均为在顶叶区、顶额叶区及颅脑的深部。结论为二维超声及彩色多普勒血流显像、能量多普勒能检出脑肿瘤及检测肿瘤的物理性质例如实性、囊性,但不能作出病理诊,但是,实时测量肿瘤内或包绕肿瘤的血流动力学则优于CT、MRI及DSA。
Twenty-eight cases of intracranial tumors were examined by two-dimensional ultrasound and color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI). Twenty-four cases were successfully detected by two-dimensional ultrasonography. CDFI or energy Doppler was used to detect tumor or tumor-surrounding blood vessels . In 4 cases, the test failed. The tumor locations of these patients were all in the parietal lobe area, the top lobe area and the deep part of the brain. Conclusions Two-dimensional ultrasound and color Doppler flow imaging, energy Doppler detection of brain tumors and physical properties such as solidity, cystic, but can not be made pathological diagnosis, but real-time measurement of tumor or Hemodynamics around the tumor is superior to CT, MRI and DSA.
